These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and FintPrint ApS, a Danish private limited company (Anpartsselskab) with CVR number 46521463, registered address at Dalkær 5, 2605 Brøndby, Denmark ("FintPrint," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Loadskeeper website and software-as-a-service platform available at loadskeeper.com (the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, in which case "you" refers to that entity.
Loadskeeper is a cloud-based software-as-a-service platform for truck drivers and owner-operators. It lets you record loads, pay, extras, deductions and expenses; estimate your net pay; set up weekly and monthly charges; check the pay you receive against what you recorded; import the figures from your pay settlement statements; and produce weekly reports and a yearly summary for your taxes. With Fleet, owners with drivers can also keep their drivers' loads and deductions and make pay statements for them (the "Service"). We may add, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at our discretion, with reasonable notice for material changes where practicable.
3.1. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.
3.2. To use most features of the Service, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.3. You must notify us immediately at support@loadskeeper.com of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
3.4. We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at our discretion, including where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
4.1. Fees. Access to certain features of the Service requires payment of subscription fees as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. New accounts include a free trial of 14 days, for which no payment details are required. To keep using the Service after the trial, you need a paid subscription; the data in your account is kept.
4.2. Payment processing. All payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. Your use of Stripe's payment services is also subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.
4.3. Billing cycle. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose, and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal in accordance with Section 4.5.
4.4. Price changes. We may change subscription fees at any time. Any price change will apply from your next billing cycle following notice to you, which we will provide at least 30 days in advance.
4.5. Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time by e-mailing support@loadskeeper.com from the e-mail address of your account. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current billing period, and you keep access to the Service until then; no partial-period refunds will be issued except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in these Terms.
4.6. Refunds. Except where required by mandatory consumer protection law applicable to you, all fees are non-refundable. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you may withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of the purchase by e-mailing support@loadskeeper.com. We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your request, less a proportionate amount for the part of the paid period that had already passed, where the law allows such a deduction.
4.7. Failure to pay. If a payment fails or is not received when due, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service until payment is received.
4.8. Driver features and Fleet. A driver account includes the driver features of the Service (with the free trial, then a paid subscription). Fleet is included for accounts registered for Fleet, for accounts with an active paid subscription, and for any account while it still has Fleet statements it bought. A Fleet account does not include the driver features; they require a paid subscription. The free trial does not include Fleet. Pay statements made in Fleet are charged separately from the subscription, as described in the Service.
4.9. Fleet statement packs. Pay statements in Fleet are bought in packs of 25, 100 or 500 statements, each with a single one-time payment through Stripe at the price shown in the Service when you buy it. A pack is not a subscription and does not renew. Each new account also includes 5 free statements. The statements of a pack are added to the LoadsKeeper account from which you started the purchase or, if that cannot be determined, to the account with the e-mail address used for the payment (if no account has that e-mail address yet, they are added once one does), usually within minutes. One statement is used for each driver and pay period; correcting a saved statement and saving it again does not use another one. Statements you bought do not expire for as long as your account exists; they cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for money. Changes to pack prices do not affect statements already bought. Refunds of packs follow Section 4.6; where a refund is due, statements already used are deducted at the per-statement price of the pack.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of accounts, against any User who violates this Section.
6.1. "User Content" means any data, documents, information, or materials that you or your authorized users upload, submit, or store through the Service.
6.2. You retain all ownership rights in your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant FintPrint a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display your User Content solely to the extent necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
6.3. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party or any applicable law.
6.4. We are not obligated to monitor User Content but may remove or disable access to any User Content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.
6.5. If you use Fleet, you are responsible for the information you enter about your drivers, for having the right to share it with us, and for the pay statements you send them. Check each statement before you send it; the Service calculates it from what you enter.
7.1. The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and all other content provided by FintPrint (excluding User Content), is owned by FintPrint or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.
7.3. No rights are granted to you other than as expressly set forth in these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by FintPrint.
The Service integrates with or relies on third-party providers, including our hosting and e-mail provider, Simply A/S; our payment processor, Stripe; and Anthropic, PBC, which reads the settlement statements and rate confirmations you choose to import. Your use of any third-party service accessed through or integrated with the Service may be subject to that third party's own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or performance of third-party services.
Each party agrees to protect the other party's confidential information disclosed in connection with the Service using at least the same degree of care it uses to protect its own confidential information of similar nature, and not to disclose such information to third parties except as necessary to perform its obligations or as required by law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
The Service is a record-keeping and calculation tool. The figures it shows, including estimated net pay, statement checks, expense totals and the yearly tax summary, are based on what you enter or import and are estimates. They are not financial, tax or legal advice; for your tax filing, consult a qualified tax professional. Figures imported from settlement statements are read automatically and may contain errors, so check them against your statement before you rely on them. Your carrier's settlement statement remains the official record of your pay.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FintPrint, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.
13.1. These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the Service or maintain an account.
13.2. You may terminate these Terms at any time by cancelling your subscription and closing your account.
13.3. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, with or without notice, if: (a) you materially breach these Terms and fail to cure such breach within 14 days of notice (where curable); (b) we are required to do so by law; or (c) we discontinue the Service, subject to reasonable notice.
13.4. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease. For 30 days following termination, you may ask us at support@loadskeeper.com for a copy of your User Content, after which we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention practices described in the Privacy Policy.
13.5. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15, and 16) will survive.
14.1. We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by e-mail or through a notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to address security risks.

15.3. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also be entitled to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
16.1. Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order forms or plan-specific terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and FintPrint regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
16.2. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
16.3. Waiver. No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
16.4. Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or by operation of law.
16.5. Force Majeure. Neither party will be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, acts of government, labor disputes, or failures of third-party infrastructure or telecommunications.
16.6. Notices. Notices to FintPrint should be sent to support@loadskeeper.com. Notices to you may be sent to the e-mail address associated with your account.
