The problem

Why drivers come up short on payday

A forgotten fuel advance or an unpaid detention adds up fast. Most drivers only find out when the settlement is already in.

Paper & messy notes

  • Fuel advances and wire fees get forgotten
  • Layover and detention pay slips through the cracks
  • Notebooks get lost or greasy in the cab
  • You only know your check when it lands
  • A short check goes unnoticed until it's too late to ask
  • Tax time means digging through a year of statements

LoadsKeeper

  • Gross rate or CPM, your cut calculated instantly
  • Extras added, fuel and advances subtracted
  • Every load saved to your account in the cloud
  • Your exact net pay, all week long
  • Your check compared with your loads, short pays flagged
  • A year-end summary ready for your tax preparer
How it works

Three steps. Every week.

Built to be used at the dock, with one hand, in the time it takes to grab your paperwork.

01

Log the load

Pickup, delivery, loaded and empty miles, plus the gross rate or your CPM. Everything types in ALL-CAPS automatically.

02

Add extras & deductions

Detention, layover and extra stops go in. Fuel, advances and truck expenses come out, and your weekly and monthly charges are taken off for you. Your net updates as you type.

03

Close the week & check your pay

Close the week in one tap, enter what you were paid or upload the statement, and see if anything is missing. Then send the full report on WhatsApp, Viber or email.

Paycheck Guard

Know if you were paid right

When the settlement comes in, LoadsKeeper checks it against the loads you logged, so a short check doesn't slip by.

  • Enter what you got paid

Type the net from your check. You see right away if it matches, or exactly how much you're short.

  • Or upload the statement

A PDF or a photo of your settlement. Loads, other pay and every deduction are read for you, and the math is checked before anything is saved. Only the numbers are kept, not the file.

  • See what's missing, line by line

Each load is matched with the statement. A missing load, a different rate or a deduction you didn't expect gets flagged.

  • No time to log? Start from the statement

Upload it and the whole week is built for you. A claim or detention that shows up later can still be added on top.

Features

Designed for truck drivers

Only what you need to track your pay. Nothing you don't.

Expenses by type

Fuel with gallons and price per gallon, insurance, truck payment, ELD, tolls and repairs. See where every dollar of the week went.

Weekly & monthly charges

Set insurance, truck payment or ELD once. Each one comes off the right week on its own, so your estimate stays honest.

1099 tax year summary

Pay earned, expenses by type and line by line, miles and quarters for the whole year. Send it to your tax preparer as a spreadsheet, or print it.

Paid vs. estimated, to date

What you were actually paid this year, next to what is still an estimate, plus every week you were paid short.

% cut & CPM support

A percentage of the gross or pay per mile. Switch in one tap, and your usual cut is remembered.

Weekly settlement archive

Close each week in one tap. Rename it, reopen it, or add a late claim or detention to a past week.

1-tap report sharing

Send a formatted report of the whole week on WhatsApp, Viber or email to your family or accountant.

Cloud backup & sync

Your records live in your private account. Switch phones or clear the cache without losing your trip history.

Upload the rate confirmation

A PDF or a photo of the rate con. Load number, cities, miles and rate fill in by themselves. You check it and save.

For owners with drivers

Your drivers' pay statements, done in minutes

Upload the rate confirmation or the carrier's settlement, add fuel and deductions, and send each driver a clean pay statement he can check. No spreadsheets, no monthly fee.

  • Upload the rate con or the carrier's settlement

A PDF or a photo. Broker, load number, cities, dates, miles and rate fill in by themselves. Leased to a carrier? Upload its settlement and the week's loads come in at once; change any amount or the driver's % before you add them.

  • Add what comes off and what's extra

Fuel, advances, claims, detention. Insurance or ELD each week, a loan paid back in weekly installments, escrow up to a target: they come off by themselves, with the balance on every statement. Pay by % of gross or per mile.

  • Work truck by truck

Add your units and who drives them. When a truck changes drivers mid-week, every load still goes to the driver who hauled it. 5 drivers or 100: search, A to Z, and drivers who left kept apart, so your lists stay short.

  • Send a statement your driver can check

Your company name, every load and every deduction. Save it as PDF or send it on WhatsApp or by e-mail. Each statement carries a check code: your driver, his bank or his accountant opens it on loadskeeper.com and sees it's genuine.

  • See what each driver and truck makes you

Gross, driver pay and what's left for you, per week and per mile, driver next to driver and truck next to truck. Leased on? See what the carrier paid you next to what you paid your drivers. At year end: a pay report for your accountant.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How does the 7-day free trial work?
You get full, unlimited access to LoadsKeeper for 7 days. If it works for you, stay subscribed for $4.99/month. You can cancel anytime.
Does it support both percentage pay (%) and CPM?
Yes. Switch between percentage pay (gross × your cut %) and CPM (rate per mile × miles) with one tap.
Can I edit or reopen past settlements?
Yes. If detention gets paid late, a claim comes in after the statement, or you forgot a fuel receipt, open the week and tap the load to edit it. Anything you add on top of a statement is listed separately and counts in your expenses. You can also tap REOPEN to move the week back to active.
Is my financial data safe?
Your records are stored in your own password-protected account, and other users can't see them. Passwords are never stored in readable form, repeated wrong passwords lock the login for 15 minutes, and a new password signs you out on every other device. Card payments go through Stripe; card numbers never reach us. When you upload a statement, the file is only used to read the numbers and isn't kept. The Privacy Policy has the details.
Can it read my settlement statement?
Yes. Upload the PDF or take a photo of it. LoadsKeeper pulls out the loads, other pay and every deduction, checks that the math adds up, and shows you everything before saving. Use it to check a week you logged, or to build the week straight from the statement.
I have drivers. Can I make their pay statements?
Yes, with Fleet. Add your drivers and how you pay them (% of gross or per mile), and your trucks if you like. Upload each rate confirmation, or the settlement your carrier sends you, add fuel, advances, loans, escrow and other deductions, and send every driver a pay statement as PDF, on WhatsApp or by e-mail. You pay only for the statements you make, your first 5 are free, and a corrected statement saved again is free. After that, packs start at $24.99 for 25 statements ($1.00 each) and go down to $0.60 a statement, about $4 per driver a month. Use the Fleet Login button at the top. Subscribed as a driver? Log in to Fleet with the same account. A Fleet account alone doesn't include the driver app.
How do I buy statements for Fleet?
In Fleet, tap the number of statements left at the top and pick a pack. You pay by card on Stripe's secure page, and the statements show up in your account a few seconds later. One payment, no subscription, and they never expire. Your card details go to Stripe only; they never reach LoadsKeeper.
Can my driver check that a statement is real?
Yes. Every statement saved in Fleet has a check code at the bottom, like loadskeeper.com/?v=DEMO-2026 (try it: it's the example statement above). Your driver, his bank or his accountant opens it and sees the company, the driver, the pay period and the net pay you saved. If you corrected the statement, it says so and shows the latest version. A paper that wasn't made in LoadsKeeper shows "not found".
Does it help at tax time?
Yes. The Tax Year Summary adds up the whole year: pay earned, expenses by type and line by line, cash advances and escrow kept apart, miles and quarters. Download it as a spreadsheet for your tax preparer, print it or email it. It organizes your numbers; it isn't tax advice.
